This information is critical. Being prepared and helping prepare those around you shows a higher degree of professionalism. It shows that regardless of the situation, you have a plan on how to deal with whatever situation may occur! It also opens the door to opportunities when others drop the ball!
You also need to remember that some people look at the calendar and see next Friday is July 4th and figure nothing will be getting done, so they start their holiday on Friday June 27th with plans on not returning until Monday July the 7th! This could be really important information for you to think about, for you, your team, your referral partners, and most of all, your clients!
