Have you ever noticed how some people just go through the motions of completing tasks just to get them “done” instead of thinking about how to maximize the outcome for the expenditure of a little more effort? What if you could share a few simple steps, that don’t take much time or cost much money, and help your Realtor partners create “Listing Replacements” just taking a few extra steps at their open houses? Interested? Here are four simple, almost FREE things you can do the help your agents generate a great social media presence, broaden the scope of potential buyers, create differentiation from other agents, deliver exceptional value to the seller, and most importantly, generate another listing while you are doing it! 

  1. Open House Flyers or Mortgage Coach TCA and share it with the seller and the agents contacts by posting on social media.
  2. Open House Preview 24 to 48 hours prior to the open house by using Facebook Live and tagging your agent and the seller and have them share.
  3. 10-10-20 around the listing and share the open house flyer and invite the neighbors to a “Neighbors Only Preview” one hour before the public open house and have them invite anyone they know to see the public showing.
  4. Go Facebook Live before the Open House and again, tag your agent and the seller and have them share!

These four things will increase market awareness of this property. It will also connect you with all of the agent’s contacts, sellers’ contacts, and create awareness of the event you would never reach otherwise. It also involves the neighbors in the process and might just get them thinking about listing their property as well!
